Biography and Awards

I believe that in any client-representative relationship there should be full cooperation, and trust by both parties. I feel that that trust can only be gained when both parties are open and honest with each other. For this reason, I have prepared a brief biography of myself for you, so you can be fully aware of the kind of person that will be representing you.

I have been a licenced real estate representative with Royal Lepage Real Estate Professionals since January 17, 2007. When I was first licensed I went through extensive training programs, and also acquired a mentor who I “shadowed” for the better part of the year. The strategies learned from my mentor were invaluable and allowed me to succeed relatively quickly in my career.

In April of 2007 I sold five homes and was announced the fasted starting new representative in the office. Since then, I have sold over 250 properties, both residential, and commercial, and have leased another 50-70.

Since 2008 to current, I have received several awards (see below).

I am honest and trustworthy, and believe highly in working in my clients’ best interest. It is safe to say that approximately 95% of my business comes from referrals, while 5% is new business.

This illustrates that people have confidence in my services, and have no problems in referring me to others.
